Meet Chris Quinn, Director

With over 20 years’ experience in the built environment sector, Chris has dedicated his career to creating spaces that make a meaningful difference to people’s lives.

Beginning his career as a building surveyor, Chris went on to hold senior project management roles - including 13 years with Warwickshire County Council. During this time, he worked closely with Adult and Children’s Services, leading multi discipline teams in the delivery of specialist SEN provisions, children’s homes, and property adaptations for people with complex needs.

Having delivered numerous large-scale, multi-million-pound projects, Chris combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of the human impact of good design. His focus remains on delivering value, quality, and environments that promote security, comfort, and dignity.
